How to Fixing Error urllib3 (1.26.4)

if you get error like this
urllib3 (1.26.4) or chardet (3.0.4) doesn’t match a supported version!
this can fix with
!pip install requests
After successfully installed maybe there will be upgrade or downgrade as follow urllib3 1.26.4 to urllib3–1.25.11. Than there will be WARNING that he following packages were previously imported in this runtime and you must restart the runtime in order to use newly installed versions.
